Chris has over 25 years of experience in the marketing, sales and sales management fields. His passion has been working with entrepreneurs whom he admires for their “risk-taking” attitudes in running their own business! Chris’s sales management experience involves hiring and training sales reps and sales managers, mentoring business owners, developing incentive plans and analyzing metrics to improve the bottom line.
As a sales mentor with RadioShack, AT&T and other organizations, Chris worked with franchisees, indirect agents and small business owners helping them set up their businesses and sales organizations from the ground up. This involved creating compensation plans, evaluating individuals’ strengths and weaknesses to determine coaching needs and implementing continuous training programs.
More recently, Chris owned a consulting firm that mentors small business owners throughout the U.S and Canada with marketing, advertising (including social/digital), inventory and sales management. All of this experience and expertise allows him to bring numerous “best practices” to the table.
Chris has lived in St. Louis for most of this life and has strong ties to the community through his friends, family, church and other organizations where he donates time and talent.
