With 27+ years of business and sales management experience, Anthony is a servant leader with experience leading technology sales, consumer sales, and growing business activities to improve profitability.

Anthony is a strategic manager experienced across all facets of managing a business including P&L management, sales management, business development, marketing, coaching, team building, strategic account management, training, negotiations, contract closing, and building relationships with key decision makers. He has a strong history of devising targeted business operations plans, implementing cost-reducing programs, managing performance, and driving change.

As a sales leader, Anthony is results driven focused on developing high-performing teams with a hands-on approach.  He has interviewed, hired, trained, coached, and mentored salespeople in their various stages of development. He has developed sales training, best practices, designed and implemented sales policies, and procedures. He is an analytical problem-solver with proven sales team building and management successes while leading quick and efficient attainment of objectives in a fast-paced competitive environment.

Anthony understands that, in addition to having a proven selling system, the key to unlocking sales performance is having the ability to tailor your coaching approach to each individual salesperson.  There is no one size fits all solution. He is also well versed in CRM administration focusing on data integrity, value-driven data analysis, and custom report building with 20+ years of crm administrator experience.

Anthony earned a BA in Political Science from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. He is a dedicated family man and lives in the Maryland area with his wife and children. He is a student of history, an avid reader of anything that encourages learning, and likes all types of music.
