Significant success achieved by driving optimal performance in the healthcare market through establishing and cultivating strategic partnerships with management, administration, practitioners, and C-Level executives. Career achievements include management of large business units in entrepreneurial and competitive environments, consistently meeting or exceeding performance expectations, building and developing top-performing teams, identifying and executing new market opportunities, and developing strong internal and external relationships.
Brad’s greatest passion is to create environments and systems that will foster and promote growth in sales teams and sales leaders. A strong advocate and staunch supporter of his, Traci is an eternal source of strength. A father of 3 girls, Katelyn, Haley, and Allison, and a Papi to Brayden and Molly, family is always a top priority. Brad is very active in numerous North Texas Chambers of Commerce serving on several leadership and planning committees. Brad and Traci are also active in their church and community of Rockwall.
